Construction Workers/ Laborers Needed.
A Part Time to Full Time General Construction Laborer

Work Location:
One Location

Where:
Abilene, TX
East of Abilene Beltway on I20 E

Pay:
18 to 25 an hour. Based on experience and determined after interview if hired.
This is a bi-weekly payment

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
6:00am – 2:30pm
1/2 hour break and 1/2 hour for lunch.
Overtime is available.

Requirements:

  • Legally authorize to work in the U. S.
  • Able to handle labor in the heat
  • Ready to work now

  • Attention to Detail
  • Able to follow instruction and take criticism
  • Learning and Performing a variety of tasks
  • Safe and proficient with powered hand tools and equipment.
  • A working knowledge of general construction terminology and processes
  • Painting, sawing, drilling, cutting, sanding, hammering, carrying, holding, securing, cleaning, measuring.

Perform physical activities such as:

  • Lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move and manipulate materials using static strength.
  • Able to exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects.

Successful applicants should have the ability to:

  • Operate a variety of tools and equipment such as air compressors, pumps, measuring devices, and miscellaneous small tools.
  • Able to complete assigned tasks requiring physical dexterity such as lifting heavy objects, carrying materials, and working outside in various weather conditions.
  • Be detail-oriented and possess high work ethics, capable of following instruction and direction in order to complete assigned tasks correctly and efficiently.
  • Have the ability to learn and apply the safety rules, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Problem solve, report issues as they are seen and doing
  • Showcase excellent time management skills
  • To work at a responsible and professional level at all times
  • Be productive without constant supervision
  • Work closely with
